Hello and Welcome,

ignite520 is back for its 9th year on Saturday, September 23rd at the beautiful ENR2 on the UArizona campus.

Over the last few months our team has carefully curated and shaped a dynamic, one-day leadership experience designed to give you tools and tactics for career growth and community impact, but with some fun, rest, good food and good people to lean in with. You’ll come away thinking better and thinking differently.

– Only 120 attendees! | We are limiting the Experience to just TYP members, and only 120 participants. That’s on purpose. You will be surrounded by like-minded passionate people in a tighter-knit way than ever before. The 120 who show up are all-in, for the long haul.

– One of the best venues in Tucson! | We will be spending the day together at one of the prettiest places in Tucson, the inspiring ENR2 building on the UArizona campus. Start the day with breakfast and curated networking with amazing views from the rooftop! Then make your way back downstairs for the Welcome Address and Keynote Panel to kick off a day filled with connection, growth, and fun! Lunch will be provided, along with more networking opportunities.

– Tactical, interactive content! | We’ve implemented two tracks with carefully curated content specific to YOUR career needs at this stage You will spend the day with folks who have carefully picked their track and are ALL-IN on what they want to get out of this experience.

Community & Service Track is a curated experience created in partnership with Greater Tucson Leadership and will have sessions based in Community & Service. This track has been curated for “Established Career” TYP members.

Personal & Professional Track is a curated experience for “Early to Mid-Career” TYP members with sessions focused on Personal Growth and Professional Development. There will be a total of four breakout sessions with one Personal Growth and one Professional Development session happening simultaneously, giving you the opportunity to pick and choose your focus throughout the day.

– Curated creativity and calm! | NEW this year are intentional breaks throughout the day designed to bring you calm and creativity, for rejuvenation and relaxation. This will not be a 6th work day, but a time to breathe and recharge with passionate, like-minded people.
